What is Ojsto and how do you get started?

Step 1 — Choose your role

Sellers create and track shipments; couriers browse suitable jobs and accept them.

Step 2 — Prepare your account

Complete your contact details. Couriers upload identity documents and wait for approval before accepting jobs.

Step 3 — Start a shipment

The seller enters shipment, collection and shipping details. A suitable courier accepts it and both parties follow its status.

Before you confirm

Collection through Ojsto differs from dealing directly with the courier. Review the displayed service and insurance fees before confirming.

Collection protection is not an unconditional promise to compensate every incident. Issues are handled through the shipment complaint and review workflow.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Is the account role interchangeable? You select a role at registration. Seller and courier workflows differ, and Edit profile does not change the role.
