Read monthly wallet activity and transfers

Financial history lists movements, references and balances, separating shipping, collection, fees and withdrawals.

Step 1 — Choose the month

Open monthly financial activity from Wallet and select the available period.

Step 2 — Open the reference

Inspect transaction/shipment details and movement type, not just the amount.

Step 3 — Check payouts

Confirmed payout transfers are distinguished in history. A withdrawal awaiting review is not an executed transfer.

Before you confirm

Available balance, COD holds and withdrawal reserves are different. Consuming a hold is not another available-balance debit.

Related-party details show only necessary information. A visible name/ID does not prove account ownership.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Is clearing a payout reserve another debit? No. It was reserved at request time; confirmation consumes that reserve without a second available-balance debit.
