Calculate shipping and extra weight

Shipping combines the base charge after transport adjustment with extra-weight cost, separately from COD.

Step 1 — Base charge

The seller chooses a base within the limits shown in the order form. Check it before accepting.

Step 2 — Extra weight

The first kilogram is included in the base; additional cost applies to kilograms after the first.

Step 3 — Transport

Car or walking adjustments apply only to the base, not to the extra-weight charge.

Step 4 — Total

Check the displayed equation: adjusted base + extra weight = total shipping.

Before you confirm

Example with a 100 EGP base and 5 EGP per extra kilogram: a 4 kg motorcycle shipment has 15 EGP extra weight and 115 EGP total; 5 kg totals 120 EGP.

Settings can change. The saved order breakdown is the reference. Collection insurance is separate from weight pricing.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

For 4 kg, is extra weight charged on all four? No. It applies after the first kg: three extra kg, or 15 EGP at 5 EGP/kg.
