Edit seller profile and company logo

Edit your name, company name and contact information in Edit profile; your account role stays fixed.

Step 1 — Open profile

Choose Edit profile from Menu and review account-holder and company names.

Step 2 — Contact

Enter mobile numbers using Latin digits. WhatsApp takes a mobile number; other social profiles use their links.

Step 3 — Logo and save

Choose the company image, save changes, then check the displayed name and image.

Before you confirm

The greeting uses the account holder’s name rather than the company name.

Do not place recipient details or sensitive financial information in profile links or images.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Can I switch from seller to courier here? No. The role is fixed in Edit profile; contact support about an incorrect registration choice.
