Step 2 — Pickup

Open Pickup on the way for jobs accepted by a courier before delivery starts.

Step 3 — Out for delivery

Open Shipments under delivery for jobs being delivered. Courier images link to the couriers associated with your work.

Before you confirm

Use the order details as the reference if a summary differs; refresh stale counts.

Seeing an assigned courier does not permit publishing their information. Read collection and protection details in the order, not only summary counts.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.
