Add pickup places for the courier

Step 1 — Add a place

Open Menu → Pickup places and choose Add pickup place. Give it a clear name.

Step 2 — Governorate and area

Select the governorate first, then an area within it. Enter the complete pickup address.

Step 3 — Contact person

Check the contact mobile, initially filled from your main contact number. Change it for this place if needed. A landmark and Google Maps link can help.

Step 4 — Default and save

Save and choose the default place to be selected in new orders.

Before you confirm

Google Maps is optional and does not replace the written address. Check the address and contact before shipping.

With multiple places, check the pickup selection for every order. Editing a saved place does not automatically rewrite past shipments.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Is Google Maps required? No, the link is optional. A detailed address, governorate, area and contact information still matter.
