Add a payout account and choose a default

Step 1 — Open Payout accounts

Choose Add transfer account from Menu.

Step 2 — Choose a method

Enter the required mobile-wallet, Instapay or bank details. Check the name and identifiers carefully.

Step 3 — Choose a default

Save it and mark it default if you want it selected first for withdrawals.

Step 4 — Before withdrawing

Check the actual account selected on the request even when a default is saved.

Before you confirm

Your payout accounts differ from Ojsto receiving accounts used for top-ups.

Changing saved details after requesting a withdrawal does not automatically redirect the earlier request. Contact support about mistakes before transfer.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.
