Recover your password with an email code

Password recovery uses the email registered to your account and a code sent to it; your old password is never emailed.

Step 1 — Request a code

Choose Forgot password and enter the email associated with the account.

Step 2 — Check email

Look in Inbox and Spam. Wait briefly before requesting another code.

Step 3 — Choose a new password

Enter the code, new password and confirmation, then save and sign in.

Before you confirm

Use the latest code within its validity period. Repeated attempts may require waiting for the displayed cooldown.

An account without a registered email cannot receive recovery codes at an unrelated address. Contact support for ownership verification.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Can I recover a Google-registered account? Use its associated email. You can also try the original Google sign-in method; never send your Google password to support.
