STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Understand shipment and settlement statuses
Shipment status describes delivery progress; settlement status describes money. One completing does not automatically mean the other has completed.
Step 1 — NEW and PICKUP
NEW waits for a courier. Acceptance changes it to PICKUP and removes it from other couriers’ available list.
Step 2 — OUT FOR DELIVERY and DELIVERED
These indicate delivery started and delivery confirmed. Check the details before confirming a stage.
Step 3 — PENDING and CANCELLED
PENDING is a temporary stop needing a reason and next step. CANCELLED follows the permitted cancellation workflow; a financial step may still remain pending.
Before you confirm
Status names remain in English even in the Arabic interface. Never confirm delivery before it actually occurs.
Ojsto collection settlement waits for its prescribed period after delivery and may be held by a linked financial complaint.
Security and protecting your information
Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.
Common question
Does DELIVERED mean money reached my bank? No. Delivery, settlement, withdrawal requests and bank payout are different stages.
