STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Ojsto order ID and your waybill reference

The Ojsto order ID is the platform shipment reference; the waybill reference is an optional code supplied by the seller.

Step 1 — Shipment ID

The system generates a numeric shipment ID. The current sequence starts at 1000000001 and deleted shipment IDs are not reused.

Step 2 — Waybill reference

The seller may enter a reference used in their own system. It does not replace the Ojsto ID.

Step 3 — Account ID

Sellers and couriers share one numeric account sequence starting at 1001. An account ID is different from a shipment ID.

Before you confirm

Give support the relevant Ojsto shipment ID or financial transaction ID.

An ID is not a password and does not by itself prove ownership or authorize changes.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Is the waybill reference the Ojsto ID? No. Ojsto generates its ID; the waybill is an additional seller reference.
