STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Required order fields and validation messages
Field limits keep shipment information clear and usable; validation messages explain invalid entries.
Step 1 — Names and digits
Recipient name accepts up to 50 Arabic or Latin letters, without digits or punctuation. Use Latin digits for mobile and COD.
Step 2 — Weights and amounts
Weight is an integer from 1 to 99, with no fractions. COD is an integer up to 99999 and excludes shipping.
Step 3 — Text limits
Waybill reference allows up to 20 Latin letters/digits without punctuation; contents 100 characters; address 250; landmark 50; location link 500.
Step 4 — Correct the error
Read the required-field star and error message, fix the specific issue and submit once.
Before you confirm
The written address must identify the place clearly even when a map link is included. A Google Maps link does not replace recipient details.
Validation does not guarantee the facts are correct. Accurate entry and review start with the seller.
Security and protecting your information
Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.
Common question
