Find an order and read its details

Order details group the parcel, recipient, pickup and collection information into sections you can expand when needed.

Step 1 — Find the order

Search Shipping orders using the Ojsto ID or available search fields and open the blue underlined ID.

Step 2 — Expand the needed section

Open parcel, recipient, pickup address or schedule sections rather than scrolling through unrelated information.

Step 3 — Check progress

Review status, courier and timestamps, and open shipment messages when you need to communicate.

Before you confirm

A name and area do not replace a correct detailed delivery address.

Do not send screenshots containing full recipient data when an order ID is enough to explain the issue.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Where are collection details? Open the order’s collection/financial section and inspect COD, method and fees instead of relying on a summary.
