STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Shipment notifications and wallet emails

Notifications and emails announce new events, while order and wallet details in your account remain the reference.

Step 1 — Device notifications

Allow Ojsto notifications in device/app settings. Mobile push needs the connection and permission to be available for your device.

Step 2 — Shipments

Sellers receive acceptance and delivery notifications for their own orders. Couriers’ new-job alerts follow preferred delivery destinations.

Step 3 — Email

Creation goes to the seller; delivery/cancellation to linked parties; wallet credit and confirmed withdrawals to the owner’s registered email.

Step 4 — If delayed

Check Inbox, Spam and the registered address, then inspect account history before repeating a financial action.

Before you confirm

An account without a registered email is not automatically sent mail at another address.

Do not follow untrusted alerts asking for passwords or codes. Collection protection does not depend solely on email arrival.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Does missing email mean a credit or payout failed? No. Check the event and wallet history before repeating anything.
