Create a shipping order step by step

An order records the parcel, recipient, collection method and shipping charge so a courier can choose suitable work.

Step 1 — Pickup address

On Home choose Register new order and select where the courier collects it. Check the default place or choose another.

Step 2 — Parcel

Describe contents accurately, enter weight in kilograms and choose delivery transport. Your own waybill reference may be left blank.

Step 3 — Recipient

Enter name and main mobile, then governorate, area and detailed address. An extra mobile, landmark and location link are available.

Step 4 — Collection

Enter COD, the amount collected excluding shipping. Choose direct collection or collection through Ojsto and read the protection details when using Ojsto.

Step 5 — Shipping and confirmation

Check base charge, extra weight, total, fees and terms, then register. Keep the Ojsto order ID shown in its details.

Before you confirm

Red-star fields are required. A validation message identifies what needs correction; do not change unrelated information just to bypass it.

Read Ojsto fees and collection protection before agreeing. Describe contents truthfully and do not request a different amount outside the order.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Should shipping be included in COD? No. COD excludes shipping, which is calculated separately.
