Negative balances and accepting new work

Delivery commission may make a wallet negative, but new job acceptance stops at the debt threshold.

Step 1 — Check the debit

Inspect the shipment ID, shipping charge and commission in financial history.

Step 2 — At the threshold

Current policy blocks new acceptance at -250 EGP. You can still sign in, browse and finish current jobs.

Step 3 — Repay

Top up normally and wait for approval. To restore acceptance after a debt block, repay in full so available credit is zero or positive.

Before you confirm

Seeing a job does not override a debt-based acceptance block.

Even without a debt block, Ojsto collection needs available credit covering the entire COD. The debt limit is not credit for accepting uncovered COD.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Does partial repayment clear the block? After a debt block, full repayment to zero or positive balance is needed to resume acceptance.
