Preferred delivery areas and shipment filters

Step 1 — Open Settings

Choose Settings → Preferred delivery areas from Menu.

Step 2 — Within each governorate

Expand it, check or uncheck areas and save that governorate.

Step 3 — Reset

Reset all makes every governorate and area preferred again. New couriers start with all destinations preferred.

Step 4 — On Home

Show all jobs temporarily includes nonpreferred destinations. Also use maximum-weight, collection-method and area filters.

Before you confirm

Preferences do not prohibit pickup elsewhere; filtering concerns the recipient delivery area.

New-job notifications target couriers preferring the destination, including unapproved accounts. Notification receipt does not bypass approval requirements.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Does excluding an area prohibit pickup there? No. Preferences apply to recipient destinations, not seller pickup areas.
