Choose suitable available shipments

Home shows available jobs with pickup, destination, weight, collection and shipping charges so you can decide before accepting.

Step 1 — Read the top of the card

Check seller name, rating and pickup governorate/area.

Step 2 — Check the parcel

Review contents, weight, recipient destination and required transport. Check COD and collection method.

Step 3 — Check the charge

Read base shipping, extra weight and total before opening details. Filter by maximum weight, areas and collection method.

Step 4 — Choose

Open the details, or use the three-dot menu to hide a job that is unsuitable.

Before you confirm

Before assignment, seller mobile and private recipient details are hidden apart from the destination governorate/area needed for the decision.

Show all jobs does not change saved preferred areas or mean notifications are sent for nonpreferred destinations.

Security and protecting your information

Never share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to represent Ojsto. Contact support through your account and provide only the information needed for the issue.

Common question

Why are some jobs missing? Check preferences, filters and Show all. Jobs accepted by another courier are no longer available.
